Hello– I tried making the banana biscotti recipe provided, but the batter was way too loose and thin/liquidy; it is not specified exactly how much, in grams, of real banana you need to add. 3 bananas could vary in size and weight.. is there a way you can clarify the weight of the bananas so that I can get a more accurate outcome?

    • The Biscotti Company says:

Hi Courtney, banana should weigh roughly 140 grams or three small bananas. keep in mind, the dough will be wet and sticky, so make sure to NOT add flour, and use parchment paper to help you shape the logs.
