Ours are made to have a clean crisp snap, plenty of flavor, and a texture that tastes good whether you dunk them or eat them straight from the bag. Many of our classic biscotti flavors are dairy-free, but not every product is. Our gluten-free line contains dairy, and some specialty flavors may as well. Yes. We offer a gluten-free line that includes Almond, Chocolate Almond, Cranberry Pistachio, Double Chocolate, and Chocolate Anise Biscottini. They are baked in a shared facility that also handles wheat, so they are not recommended for customers with celiac disease. They do contain dairy. We typically ship within 1 business day. Shipping is $5 nationwide, and orders over $50 after coupons ship free. Typical transit times are about 3 days to the East Coast, 5 days to the Central U.S., and 7 days to the West Coast. Ready to order? Unopened bags have a six-month shelf life from the production date printed on the bottom of the bag. Once opened, they are best enjoyed within about a week. Reseal the bag or move the biscotti to an airtight container to help keep the texture. Do not freeze our biscotti.
