Yes. Biscotti are crisp and crunchy so they hold up for dipping in coffee or tea.
Yes, our standard biscotti are dairy-free. Our gluten-free biscotti contain dairy because the GF flour blend includes milk powder.
Yes. We offer gluten-free biscotti. They are made with gluten-free ingredients in a bakery that also handles wheat, and they contain dairy due to the flour blend. Not suitable for people with celiac or milk allergies.
Unopened bags have a six-month shelf life from the production date printed on the bottom of the bag. Once opened, biscotti are best enjoyed within a week. Reseal the bag or store in an airtight container to keep the crunch longer. Do not freeze our biscotti.
